Dee Dee I totally disagree with you. I have had a lot of my work accepted by good ezines and print magazines and not gotten paid. What counts to me is that I now have a writer's resume; I know how to query; other people have read my words; and I know how to get my work published. I have a story coming out in January at Wild Horse Press for which I will get royalties. All my other successes helped to achive this one.  Smiley

Ironically, the one print magazine that did pay me a decent amount, did a poor job of editing and used 2 names for one of my characters!   Sad
